Launched on Saturday, June 6, 2026, the Hayes Valley Merchants Council, in cooperation with the Hayes Valley Neighborhood Association and the Hayes Promenade, is pleased to bring the Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association to the neighborhood.

This new Saturday market adds a fresh chapter to our community, inviting you to discover local produce just steps away from dozens of boutiques and restaurants nestled in the heart of San Francisco (Google Map).

Hayes Promenade, HVMC and HVNA are happy to announce the Hayes Valley Entertainment Zone. Known as an EZ, all EZ’s in San Francisco are designated areas where to-go alcoholic drinks are permitted outside. The Hayes Valley soft launch was the same day as the Hayes Valley Carnival. Check back each week here or on the Hayes Promenade websiteto see which bars and restaurants will be participating.

The HV EZ will take place every Friday 4pm–10pm and Saturday Noon–10pm, people 21+ can buy to-go cocktails, beer and wine from participating businesses. Be sure to bring your ID and get a wristband. See the map for all of this week’s participating bars and restaurants.

Halloween is taking over Hayes Valley

This year, the annual neighborhood Trick-or-Treat Trail is just the beginning! Come costume-savvy & candy-craving with your kids, or simply ready for a stellar night out with your Hallo crew! Picture glowing sculptures, live music, bubbles, drinks, dinner, local shopping, & a FREE movie under the stars at @proxysf

Friday, October 30
After-School Trick-or-Treat Trail Start by wandering through Hayes Valley & following the ghost window clings to discover participating merchants handing out treats.

4–6pm As a part of the After-School Trick-or-Treat Trail, head over to the Promenade to enjoy giant illuminated sculptures by @AstroBotanicals, face painting by Suzy, live music by @BrendanGetzell and the @HoboGoblins, see the amazing @SterlingBubbles all along @hayespromenade thanks to a generous grant from @AvenueGreenlight.

6–7pm | Dinner + Drinks + Peeks. Keep the fun going with dinner, drinks, shopping, & grab + go bites from your favorite neighborhood spots before the movie.

7:30–9pm | Free Movie at PROXY

4–10pm | Entertainment Zone · 21+
