Hayes Promenade, HVMC and HVNA are happy to announce the Hayes Valley Entertainment Zone. Known as an EZ, all EZ’s in San Francisco are designated areas where to-go alcoholic drinks are permitted outside. The Hayes Valley soft launch was the same day as the Hayes Valley Carnival. Check back each week here or on the Hayes Promenade website to see which bars and restaurants will be participating.

The HV EZ will take place every Friday 4pm–10pm and Saturday Noon–10pm, people 21+ can buy to-go cocktails, beer and wine from participating businesses. Be sure to bring your ID and get a wristband. See the map for all of this week’s participating bars and restaurants.

Launched on Saturday, June 6, 2026, the Hayes Valley Merchants Council, in cooperation with the Hayes Valley Neighborhood Association and the Hayes Promenade, is pleased to bring the Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association to the neighborhood.

This new Saturday market adds a fresh chapter to our community, inviting you to discover local produce just steps away from dozens of boutiques and restaurants nestled in the heart of San Francisco (Google Map).

The Farmers Market will not take place on just two Saturdays per year, both in July: Independence Day weekend, and Hayes Valley Carnival (July 17, 2027).
